Grants

Over $618,829 given out since 2003!

The LEF strives to impact and assist as many students as possible when awarding grants. This can be a difficult balance when trying to be fair and equal to each of our four district buildings while also taking into account each type of grant. While the goal is for equality overall, some years might be more technology based, STEM based, while other years may lean more heavily to the arts, drama, and music departments. The generosity of the Lakewood community and its support of the LEF is what makes any of these grants possible.

Grant applications are due by October 3 and March 1 each year to be considered for approval.
